newly renovated and decent size room with the bathroom and the microwave and a couch as expected. with a microwave oven and a refrigerator. quick check-in, parking in front of the hotel. shuttle available to the airport if needed.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief weekend stay

Clean room, spacious breakfast area, enjoyed the fresh and topped up food while being served by the amazing staff who made our morning so cute and bright.

Had very nice stay for 1 night and the weather was warm. The rooms were huge with comfortable beds and furnishings, everything was perfect. The location was easy, within walking distance of Cascades Casino.

Its location is impressive & magnificent, next to Kamloops. There is nearby Harvey's to grab some food for the dinner.

Pool area clean and inviting. The bathroom tub too small with some mildew. Good location near hiking trails and dining options.

Superb breakfast buffet in morning

The room was super comfy with freshly renovated decor, and we loved the indoor pool and relaxing hot tub! It was a treat to unwind in those spaces after a long day of exploring. Just a small note, it would be nice to have real plates at breakfast to cut down on plastic waste 😊

The place was packed full with guests participating in multiple tournaments in town. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the public area (foyer, elevator, stairwell and hallways). Came in one evening after a soccer team must walked up the stairwell in cleats, leaving behind grass clippings and clumps. An hour later there was no evidence left! The room was very clean and overall quite comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

The parking... Is inadequate. Not enough stalls and they are really tight! Seemed like the ratio of stalls to rooms was imbalanced. Breakfast is okay, but a little inconsistent. Lots of options, but the quality and freshness is lacking.

Nice hotel, breakfast

Our room was not cleaned, we reported it but only got clean towels, garbage was not emptied. We were out of the room before 11:00 a.m. Disappointed when we came back from shopping to this.
